A third consecutive day of foray into Mexican cuisine (see previously 1.024 Veggie Soup with Shredded Chicken), this time with something a bit more familiar: the ubiquitous fajita. For now, I’ll refrain from the specifics.

Aside from the food itself, I think I’m getting better at taking photos of the meals for this blog. The photo here is my favorite shot thus far.
