Aside from the fact that I don’t like cream sauce, I don’t like to make cream sauce because it requires the acquisition of cream, which is sold here in 500-ml containers, enough to make at least 8 servings, more like 16 the way I do it, meaning that I always have a lot left over, leftovers that quickly go to waste because I never want to make another cream sauce anytime soon thereafter. I
