After nearly an hour of meandering the streets like zombies in search of brains, we happened across a small neighborhood barbecue joint packed with customers.  A full house is usually a good sign; in this case, it was.

Chimasal (치마살) is beef flank.  Despite the name – “chima = skirt” – it’s not to be confused with beef skirt, which is anchangsal (안창살).
