Mushu Beef in Tortilla Wraps

My uncle – who’s half Chinese, half Korean, grew up partly in San Francisco – taught me his version of a quick-fix American-style mushu, which involves shredded cabbage and onions, chopped woodear mushrooms, scrambled eggs, oyster sauce, and white pepper, topped with fresh scallion, hoisin sauce, wrapped in steamed Mexican flour tortillas – the tortillas work like a charm.

This was the 3rd remaining meal in Cycle 1 of GMTD.
