As I was taking the photo, I mentioned to KIT that he should be honored for his food to have been so prominently featured on GMTD, especially today on the penultimate post of Cycle 1. He pointed out that the kimchi jjigae from the restaurant had never been featured directly, just mentioned tangentially here and there, mostly in entries concerning my own attempts to recreate the dish at home. He had a point. So here it is.
This was the 2nd meal remaining in Cycle 1 of GMTD.
