Shrimp with Broccoli & Bamboo in Corsino Sauce

What said before about adding a dash of five-spice to make the sauce better, more authentically Chinese, I retract (see 2.358 Shrimp with Vegetables in Corsino Sauce). I prefer the sauce in its simpler form, with oyster sauce as the predominant flavor.
