Mul naeng myeon is not a dish typically associated with home delivery.  The main problem is that the noodles would bloat in the broth by the time it arrived, like with Chinese noodle soups.  In any case, a few local restaurants have recently been posting flyers in our building for delivery MNM, so we gave it a shot.  At 6,000 won per bowl, it wasn’t too much of a risk.

It wasn’t that great.  The biggest drawback was that the broth had a distinctly and not entirely pleasant fishy flavor, likely resulting from an anchovy stock (i.e., myeolchi), as opposed to the traditional beef.

The wife and kid, on the other hand, seemed satisfied.
