Here’s to food globalization: Japanese tonkatsu + Indian paratha + Mexican hot sauce + sour cream from wherever sour cream comes from – the idea and execution improvised by a Korean-American.

I usually like this kind of thing very much, but I’m a bit sick of tonkatsu at the moment.
