Same basic method and same sauce mix as dozens of times before, so I can’t explain the lousy result this time. Yes, the main ingredients were different (here, minced pork + portobello + tofu), and yes, different ingredients do tend to produce differing results, but not with this dish, not this much anyway. Whatever.
