Chicken Tenderloins & Broccoli

Though I really like chicken tenderloins when pan-grilled, stir-frying them doesn’t seem to work so well, even with a dollop of oyster/soy/garlic sauce (leftover from a Chinese dish that I’d made for the family yesterday – the biggest cheat that I’ve pulled on the diet thus far and yet the least successful.
