Chambbong Time 24-Hrs. is a Korean-Chinese restaurant. Just a few months old. Open 24 hours. Specializes in jjambbong.

The jjambbong was good. Whereas a typical jjambbong broth tends to start with chicken stock, perhaps infused with some seafood, the one here was pork broth, enhanced by serious wok-searing of the solid components, including pork and squid and mussels, resulting in a richer/fuller mouthfeel and savory/succulent flavor. A tad too spicy for my tastes, but not unreasonably so. The noodles, unlike standard flour noodles, seemed to include starch of some sort to make them extra chewy. Huge portion, excellent value at 5,500 won.
