Pan-Grilled Sea Bass with Tomato & Zucchini Relish
in my apartment
-Ermita, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines-
The relish was based on a jarred product sold as a “tomato & garlic dipping sauce,” which I’d purchased assuming it to be a light and bright Mexicanish salsa, but it turned out to be a rich and oily Italianish sauce, too heavy for a chip dip, more appropriate as a savory topping. I added some zucchini.
