Boiled Tofu

From a cookbook acquired on my trip to Osaka last year (see most recently 5.146 Shime Saba Hao Sushi).

I tend to avoid this kind of generic cookbook, but it was the only one written in English available at the only bookstore that I encountered.

Don’t need a cookbook to tell me how to boil tofu, but it inspired me to eat light.

While do like boiled tofu per se, I improvised a dipping sauce with soy sauce, vinegar, sambal, chives.
