Arrived last Friday, here through Friday to attend a conference — details to come.

This is my second visit to Fiji (see most recently 5.180 Mahi Mahi with Snake Beans…).

The pizza was good.  Hand-made crust, thin, cooked to a nice char, chewy and dry.  The tandoori chicken, a burst of spicy curry flavor in every bite, paired perfectly with drops of tangy labne/raita (yogurt) — come to think of it, this would seem to be a no-brainer topping combination, surprising that it isn’t more widely available.  Light yet hearty, simple yet sophisticated.
