Baliwag (see generally 6.210 Liempo), I still believe that the food is excellent (see most recently 6.236 Liempo).

However, I’m beginning to think that something in the mix doesn’t agree with me, maybe whatever it is that keeps the meat so juicy.  I won’t share details about “doesn’t agree.”

Anyway, I may lay off for awhile.
