Located just a few blocks from work, I’d eaten lunch at the Casino on three prior occasions.  The food didn’t impressed me, so I’ve never gone out of my way — it’s in the opposite direction of home — to eat there of my own accord.

The asparagus, taken straight out of a can — nothing wrong with canned asparagus per se, of course — were limp and mushy, not much flavor.
