Braised Sea Cucumber, Japanese Mushrooms, Oyster Sauce

Beginning to sense diminishing returns from this restaurant (see most recently 7.091 Wok-Fried Fresh Gingkos…), now about halfway thru the menu, this was the first meal that was disappointing across the board.
Confirmed that the sea cucumber here is different than the ones in Korea, and not in a good way (see most recently 5.305 Braised Fish Maw with Sea Cucumber). I was hoping that perhaps Li Li could do something with it, but no.
