Salami Sub with Melted Swiss and Purple Saurkraut
in my apartment
With leftover bread, cheese, and other accompaniments from yesterday’s raclette party (see 7.136 Raclette) + the seemingly never-ending salami from Katz’s (see generally 7.056 Salami, Swiss Cheese….) + my awesome purple saurkraut, its color and flavor even more intensified after a few additional days of steeping (see previously 7.133 Hotdogs with Purple Saurkraut).
