Having fallen for the membership scam — as I twice did (see generally 5.049 Grilled Pepper Fish Fillet) — RK wanted to eat at Italianni’s, if only to squeeze a bit more value out of the deal.

Anyway, the ribs were pretty good.  Fall-off-the-bone tender.  Nicely balanced BBQ sauce.  Distinctly American in character.

(The platter came with a choice of two sides.)
