Otherwise known in Korea (for no apparent reason) as “sacheon-sik tangsu-yuk,” though referred to here (for no apparent reason) by what I’m assuming to be a phonetic approximation of its name somewhere in China – though probably not in Sichuan (i.e. “sacheon”).
