Now that I eat the stuff regularly for breakfast/lunch at work, I know what it’s supposed to taste like, so I’m getting better at making it (see for comparison 2.123 Chicken & Pork & Cauliflower Adobo), but I still have a long way to go. For one thing, looking at the photo, I’m realizing that it’s too busy, too many components – need to simplify and focus.
