In Seoul. Here, initially, to coordinate the Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting for National Ethics/Bioethics Committees (AP-NEC), which WHO co-organized in collaboration with the National Bioethics Committee of Korea (KNBC), from Tuesday to Wednesday. Then, the rest of this week and all of the next on an extended holiday with the family.
Bubu Yoridan is a kind of restaurant co-op. Four locations, all nearby the Oksu subway station. Each place specializing in a type of food. Presumably some sort of central governance structure. As suggested by the name, which translates loosely to “Husband-Wife (bubu) Cuisine (yori) Team (dan),” the restaurants are run by married couples.
As a member of a married couple, I predict that the business model is doomed to fail.
