Our divisions’s annual retreat, which began today, is being held in Makati.  Tasked to find the restaurant for the welcome dinner tonight, I had chosen Casa Armas and designed the menu based on a recent scouting mission (see 8.281 Champiñones al Ajillo).

Everything turned out okay.

Even if this Makati restaurant is no longer affiliated officially with the restaurant in Manila, the food remains nearly identical (see for comparison 6.163 Vegetable Paella).
