Wedge Salad in French Dressing

I don’t know if merely cutting a head of iceberg lettuce into quarters and squeezing some dressing on it – here, bottled “French” dressing – qualifies as a wedge salad.

Whatever it’s called, the boys loved it, appreciated the simple savagery of it.   IZ remarked, “It’s like a salad pizza,” grabbed a wedge with his hands, and devoured it.
