Lasagna Strips in Creamy Tomato-Clam Sauce

I don’t know if this is allowed, but I boiled lasagna sheets – which were starting to push their Best By date – and cut them into wide strips, like pappardelle.  For what may be a rogue dish, it turned out pretty good.
