Long Bar is a pub.  Located in Hotel Raffles Makati, the Philippine branch of the Singapore-based global chain.   Long Bar claims the invention of the Singapore Sling (see 4.266 (White) Carrot Cake).

Long Bar offers a daily happy hour from 1700 to 2000, PHP 840 + tax per person, which comes with a small plate of amuse bouche and unlimited beers, wines, and basic liquors, including whisky.  It’s a generous if dangerous deal.
