Confirming my first impression, this was possibly the finest cream pasta dishes that I have ever experienced.  As I’d written before, the pasta was perfectly toothsome, chewy, succulent, nutty.  Luxurious sauce, laced with truffle oil, shaved parmesan for extra punch.   Mushrooms, ideal accompaniment.  Not sure how much impact the organic eggs made, but I’m willing to believe.

This may be our favorite Italian restaurant in the Philippines, though we can’t officially make the declaration until the third visit, according to family regulations.
