Next week, the Fourth Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentarian Forum on Global Health will be convened in Manila – one of the biggest meetings of the year, both in scale and grandeur, both for my team and for the Regional Office.  All the participants, being parliamentarians, are inherently VIP, but among them includes the Honorable KT of Japan, President of the Forum and close personal friend of our Regional Director.

Crystal Dragon is a Chinese Restaurant.  Located in Nüwa, part of the City of Dreams compound (not far from the Sofitel).  High end.
