Winter Vacation in the USA, Day 1.

In Seoul.  We’re spending our holiday in the States – first time for the boys – including Los Angeles and Orange County, Las Vegas, and Grand Canyon – the farthest (distance), longest (duration), and most complicated trip (itinerary) that we’ve ever taken.  Flying on Korean Air via Incheon, with a 1-day stopover in Korea.

With a single opportunity for dinner here, the only option was my favorite restaurant in the world.
