À la Buffalo: dredged in flour, deep fried, tossed in a glaze of melted butter and hot sauce.  The hot sauce from Lebanon (see generally 9.337 Sundubu Jjigae), mild and sweet, not unlike a Louisiana hot sauce, just right for this application.

Buffalo would be proud.
