A perfect meal.

Despite what W claims to be a commonly held belief among Koreans that Japanese “ki-mu-chi” is a freakish abomination unrecognizable from the real thing, it actually comes very close (see for example 5.145 Scallop Okonomiyaki), the primary difference being less/no fish sauce, making it more palatable for newcomers.
