Grilled Pink Salmon + (Veg-Only) Mongolian
in the cafeteria
This week, GMTD will provide a daily look at the lunch offerings in our cafeteria.
In addition to the ready-to-go dishes as shown in yesterday’s post, the cafeteria also offers made-to-order cuts of fish and pork belly on the grill.
Also so-called “Mongolian” stir-fry (see generally 5.148 Mongolian Bowl).
My favorite lunch in the cafeteria – not only in flavor but also for health – is a combination of grilled salmon and veg-only Mongolian (by default, it comes with bits of pork and chicken and seafood).
