A second attempt to recreate that dish the from liveaboard in Maldives last year (see 9.185 Chili Spaghetti).

This time (see most recently 10.249 Chili Spaghetti), I added sweet paprika and saffron for color and flavor, as well as enoki mushroom for texture, but not much different in outcome.
