Cauliflower Tots

Intended to be like a tater tot, made with cauliflower instead of potato.

The mash came out too wet, rendering impossible the formation of proper cylinders on the baking sheet and leaving them mushy even after thorough cooking.

Even worse, they were way too cheesy – ricotta + mozzarella + parmesan – not in a good gooey way.

I had to yell at everyone just to eat 2 apiece.  “We will not waste food in this family, no matter how 1.0 it may be.”
