My first impression of the duck had not been good (see 10.260 Roast Duck), but I gave it another shot – I would love to have easy and quick access to roast duck takeout.  Alas, the second tasting proved worse than before, this time revealing some distinctly unpleasant but unrecognizable flavor in the fat,  which made me spit it out and stop IZ from eating.
