In theory, the idea of sundubu jjigae in a jjambbong broth is a good one.

But the execution here fell a bit short – something about the tofu itself, which kinda held firm, rather than breaking down and becoming part of the soup, thus failing to achieve full integration as a dish.

I also prefer noodles to rice (bap).

Try Every Item at Jjambbong Janggun (TEIJJ).  I am eating my way through the menu, only 15 items in all – now 7 down, 8 remaining.
