Turkey & Avocado Baguette Sandwich

I adore the combination of turkey and avocado, two very subtle flavors/textures that synergize into something else/better entirely.  Surprising that this is only the 2nd time in 10 years that I’ve made the pairing (see 3.043 Intermezzo Sandwich on Sourdough)

The baguette was too tough for IZ, so I made romaine wraps instead.  His 1st experience with avocado.  The look on his face when he took a bite: “Where have you been all my life?!?!”
