Cousin HJ – who had been so gracious to let us stay at her house in LA last winter (see 9.349 Pea Shoots with Garlic) – is in town to see her sister IS (see 10.215 Albondigas & Gambas & Pulpos).

Should’ve seasoned the wings a bit more, perhaps with a dash of soy sauce.

With the same dipping sauce from a few days back.
