Haven’t had this dish in nearly a decade (see most recently 1.201 Dak Galbi).

I tried the same technique and ingredients as the pork stir-fry a few days back (see 11.027 Doomsday Pork Belly), but to less success, probably due to the addition of cabbage and onions, which made for a more dynamic dish though not as concentrated in flavor and texture.
