Stir-Fried Watercress with Fermented Soybeans

Thought I was getting close to perfecting this dish (see most recently 10.350 Pak Boong Fai Daeng), but it turned out inexplicably salty this time, even with the same amounts of seasonings. Perhaps the watercress, compared to morning glory, absorbs more of the sauce and thus tastes saltier.
Nice updates on the site! Not a fan of the search/archives/comments bars though. They don’t shuffle neatly to the side, but rather protrude a good inch into the side of my screen, which is significant when you’re on a mobile device, as they obscure a fair bit. Just my feedback on the new layout.
Keep up the great work though!
