As usual, I added sesame oil, black pepper, and sugar to the bottled marinade. For the first time, I used brown sugar, which I’m just now realizing tastes different, more intense in flavor than white sugar, which is just sweet. The ribs turned out kinda like I’d glazed them in caramel.
