Baked Tortiglioni with Gourmet Meatballs

Baked pasta has become one of IZ’s favorite dishes; he likes the crispy texture of the top layer (see most recently 11.022 Baked Tortiglioni in Chili-Beef-Bean Sauce); he also likes to say “tortiglioni.”
This time, I added meatballs from the Korean food producer CJ, part of a new Gourmet line. Not too bad.
