Jorim Sauce – Three Ways

To be clear, jorim is any Korean-style braise. The jorim here is my rendition of braised tofu in a spicy garlic soy sauce reduction (10.211 Dubu Jorim).
1) Dubu jorim. The meal started with this dish. With the excess sauce, careful these days not to let anything go to waste, I tried two additional applications.
2) Buchu with scambled eggs. I usually make this with oyster sauce. The jorim sauce felt a bit weak, maybe just needed more of it.
3) Pan-fried mackerel. The fish comes pre-seasoned, so the jorim sauce wasn’t strictly necessary, making it a bit too salty.
