Orecchiette with Köttbullar

Following the modest success of using the canned Swedish meatballs in a Japanese rice dish (see 11.088 Hayashi Rice with Köttbullar), I tried them in a French casserole.  Unfortunately, I didn’t make enough base sauce, so it ended up kinda dry, though reasonably tasty.
