Kimchi Mari Guksu

My second try at making kimchi mari guksu, this time with the dongchimi-flavored soup base (previously with the beef flavor), which was essentially the same, a bit tangier.


I also froze the packets in advance and put the chunks through the ice shaver.  Too slushy at the outset, requiring a bit of time for some of it to melt into a proper soup.  Maybe freeze half of them next time.
