Another DIY product from Pulmuone, this one for Japanese yaki udon. The full name/description of the product translates loosely to “garlic teriyaki udon that is delicious because it is stir-fried” – this sort of awkwardly/overly descriptive name seems to be the marketing shtick for the product line (see also 11.174 Pan-Fried Mandu in Sweet Soy-Chili Sauce). The package comes with 4 servings of fresh noodles, dehydrated vegetables, sauce, and oil.
I added fresh shrimp, carrots, celery.
It was okay. But the sauce was kinda watery, didn’t coat the noodles very much.
