From the cost of meat alone, these were very expensive tacos.
I should’ve thrown out the tortillas and just served the meat as steaks with guacamole and sour cream on the side.

To make tacos, I had prepared the best ingredients, including premium hanwoo 1+ sirloin, fresh guacamole, and cilantro sour cream, but forgot to pack the tortillas.  Fortunately, I found frozen vacuum-packed corn tortillas in the freezer.  Unfortunately, the hand-written label on the packaging read 2017.  After thawing them on the counter and toasting them in a pan, they seemed edible, though very stale and a bit crumbly, which kinda ruined the whole thing.  In retrospect, what bugs me the most is that I served the tacos, even after taking a sample bite and realizing that they were crap.
