-Seongsu, Seongdong, Seoul, Republic of Korea-
Whereas Korean office culture demands that superiors pay for their subordinates in any group eating situation, I am now responsible for the check if ever going out with any of the 32 employees in our company. The only 2 people above me are the Boss and the Executive Director, but I have to pay for them too because Korean family culture requires adult sons to support for their aging parents. Fortunately, I get reimbursed for all “official” meals.
Confirming that this restaurant delivers the goods (see most recently 11.283 Lehsuni TIkka Chicken).
The butter masala chicken was awesome. Perfectly balanced curry with a touch of heat, smoothed out with chunky homemade butter. Tender chunks of chicken. With the best naan that I’ve had in recent memory, perhaps the best ever in Korea, we cleaned out the bowl.
