Broccolini à la Bordelaise

Broccolini is a vegetable. The Brassica oleracea species includes many cultivars, including broccoli (Italica group) and gailan (Alboglabra group), which are genetically crossed to produce broccolini. Indeed, it has the florets of broccoli on top and the long stems of gailan on the bottom.
First time I’ve seen it sold in Korea. Yay.
