Köttbullar with Tagliatelle in Beef Gravy

With packaged meatballs from IKEA (see generally 11.185 Spaghetti & Allemansrätten Meatballs), I made a pan gravy with beef stock. However, I made the mistake of pouring the gravy over the plated pasta; which thus didn’t have a chance to absorb much of the sauce, which just pooled at the bottom of the plate and got kinda diluted from the residual water of the pasta. Next time, I’ll take the pasta from the boiling water a minute early and cook the final minute in the gravy.
